Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SideHaus / SmartHomes, every home is built, delivered, and installed to order. Because our products are large, foundation-based structures—not parcel shipments—the term “delivery” refers to the transportation and on-site installation of your home.

Delivery Timeframe
Typical delivery and installation occur 7–99 business days after financing approval and permit completion. Delivery times vary based on location, permitting, and production scheduling.

Delivery Area
We currently deliver and install homes throughout California, with logistics coordinated from our Napa headquarters.

Delivery Cost
Delivery costs are quoted individually after your site assessment and depend on distance, access, and installation requirements. Quotes always include transportation, crane (if required), and set-and-tie-down services.

Handling Time
After your order is finalized and financing is approved, our team requires up to 5 business days to schedule production and confirm delivery details before the home is prepared for shipment.

Scheduling & Communication
Customers will receive written confirmation of their expected delivery week and on-site contact information once scheduling is finalized.

Damage or Defects During Delivery
In the rare event of damage during transport or installation, SideHaus / SmartHomes will coordinate repairs or replacements under the manufacturer’s warranty.
