Return & Cancellation Policy

Each home is built and configured to order. Because of the customized nature of our homes, once the purchase agreement has been signed and funds have been approved, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Financing Contingency:
Buyers have 30 days from the date of contract signing to secure financing approval. If financing cannot be obtained within that period, the agreement may be canceled without penalty and any deposit will be refunded in full.

After Financing Approval:
Once financing is approved and the home enters the production or delivery phase, orders cannot be canceled or returned. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or delivery damage, repairs or replacements will be provided under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
